Today, anahiki-nokogiri are the most popular carpentry saw amongst Japanese woodworkers, as it's ideal for cutting across various types of solid wood.

This Kataba blade has a specifically designed, symetrical tooth pattern for the cutting of drywall and plasterboard sheets. The blade has a Saw Coat coating to reduce resistance and clogging of the teeth, whilst aiding smoother cuts. It also has an effective cutting length of 190mm.
