Shipping policy

We currently ship to the UK and Internationally, via our preferred couriers.

You will receive an email confirmation with the order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you.

Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of items with lead times or on backorder).

Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch stock items within 24 hours of placing your order. This being said, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. This change would include the ship to address.

For orders with a UK delivery address, we use the following services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Parcelforce express48
  • Parcelforce express 24

Please note: The times indicated by Royal Mail/Parcelforce for these services are guides only.

For orders with an International delivery address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Please Note: International shipping times vary by country, and the customer is liable for any customs duty or clearance required.

Should you require a shipping service that is not listed above, then please get in touch BEFORE placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Costs for shipping are calculated at checkout, and are based on item sizes, order weight and order destination country.

We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders (basket totals) over £45. 

Tracking & Insurance

Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this number to track the progress of your delivery. We will not be responsible for stolen or unretrieved orders if a package shows as delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment.
