Description:
A replacement blade for the TopMan-Z Flush 150D Kugihiki-nokogiri Japanese Saw. It is also 100% compatible with the Zetsaw Flush S-145 saw, as it is manufactured by Zetsaw. Predominantly used for the flush trimming of dowels, etc, but can be used to make rip, cross and slant (mitre) cuts.
The Ryoba blade has zero “set” to the teeth on both edges. Thus, they are less likely to scratch or damage your workpiece, when trimming dowels, etc. One edge has fine teeth, whilst the other edge is extra fine. These teeth are also impulse hardened for greater blade longevity, and have an effective cutting length of 150mm.

Note: These blades do not have retail packaging and will be shipped, individually wrapped, in Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper.
Benefits & Features:
Ryoba Blade: Is very flexible, making it easier to flush trim in awkward areas on your project.
Zero Set Teeth: This means that the teeth are less likely to scratch or mark the surface of the wood, whilst flush trimming dowels. The teeth have a “Universal” configuration, so you can also use this saw for making rip, cross or slant cuts.
Pull Saw: Cutting on the pull stroke, rather than the push stroke, reduces the risk of blade flex whilst making cuts.
Blade Replacement System: Reduces the need to get teeth sharpened and re-set, when in the middle of a project. Simply replace the blade and continue on with what you were doing. This system also means you will not have to buy a complete new saw, should the blade break.
Coin Screw Fixing: For easy and speedy blade replacement. No need to go hunting for a specific screwdriver, just use the edge of a coin, washer, or anything similar. Click here to download the PDF guide on replacing the blades on saws with coin screw fixing blades.
Impulse Hardening Technology: Treating the teeth in this way helps keep them sharp for much longer than conventional methods. Whilst the core of the blade remains tough, yet flexible, to reduce bending and buckling during use.
Blade Length: 150mm of effective cutting, with an overall blade length of 190mm.
Blade Thickness: 0.4mm.
Blade Pitch: 1.5mm [17 TPI] (Fine), 1.2mm [21 TPI] (Extra Fine).
Kerf: 0.4mm. Cuts with TopMan-Z Flush 150D Replacement Blades produce less sawdust and reduce wood waste, than conventional Western saws.
